Sometime there is help, bipolar since birth, I functioned poorly usually out of control. Twenty plus years on miscellaneous medication I teether often with the thought that death would be better then living. In my final attempt at ridding my manic thoughts I pursued the unthinkable, hypnosis . Wow, Stephanie DeWayne was a perfect fit, with complete trust and friendship I was able to, (with her loving coaching) get control of the manic flip flop, for the first time in my life.
